Italy’s top court rules against tourist refused tap water in Dolomites hotel

Italy's Court of Cassation has ruled that hotels and restaurants are not legally obliged to serve tap water, dismissing a tourist's lawsuit against a Dolomites hotel. The tourist had argued that access to tap water was a human right after being refused it and forced to purchase bottled water during her stay.
